With the Traditional Plan, you can secure your future at Sierra Winds with the least capital investment. If you ever decide to move away from the retirement community, a portion of your original entrance fee will be refunded, depending upon your length of residency.
The Return of Capital® Plan
This financial plan ensures the estate you've worked so hard to build will be protected. Regardless of your length of residency at Sierra Winds, the Return of Capital® Plan allows you or your estate to recover 90% of your initial entrance fee.
