HEALTH CENTER

CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)

Status: Non-Exempt | Always accepting applications

Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required. Certified as a Nursing Assistant. Previous experience in hospital or nursing home preferred but not required. Current CPR certification and evidence of Fingerprint Clearance required. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with patients, residents, families, visitors and work in close cooperation with the nursing staff.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Status: Non-Exempt | 1 Part-Time

Days: NOC shift every Friday and Saturday. Availability to be on-call the rest of the week preferred.

Hours: Vary

Qualifications: LPN or RN currently licensed by the State. Fingerprints clearance card and CPR Certification required. At least 6 months nursing experience. Geriatric involvement preferable. The ability to speak read and comprehend the English language. Must be able to work paying close attention to detail with frequent interruptions. Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the facility. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products

Registered Nurse (RN)

Status: Non-Exempt | 1 Part-Time

Days: NOC shift every Friday and Saturday. Availability to be on-call the rest of the week preferred.

Hours: Vary

Qualifications: Must be trained in the area of rehabilitation. Demonstrates a practical knowledge of Facility policy and procedure for Restorative Nursing. Successful completion of a State approved nursing assistant training program. Certified or eligible for certification as a Nursing Assistant.
Previous experience in hospital or nursing home necessary. Able to perform duties with a minimum of supervision. Must have acute sense of responsibility with a spirit of cooperation and enthusiasm conducive to rehabilitation and to growth.

PLANT OPS

Driver

Status: Non-Exempt | 1 Full-Time

Days: Vary/Weekends

Hours: Vary

Essential Duties:

• Picks up and delivers residents to scheduled activities and appointments using company vehicle. Assists residents in and out of vehicle.
• Completes a safety check of the vehicle before transporting residents to and from scheduled trips or activities.
• Notifies supervisor of necessary bus repairs, vehicle malfunctions, and resident incidents immediately.
• Accurately records vehicle mileage and resident attendance for all scheduled transportation.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Arizona Commercial Driver’s license.
• Must have a good driving record as verified by MVD report.
• For Driving 15+ passenger bus, must possess a valid Arizona Commercial Driver’s license, and previous experience in driving a commercial vehicle required.
• Must be able to interpret and follow map directions.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicates effectively, and performs simple arithmetic.
• Free of any contagious diseases and physically capable of driving a commercial passenger vehicle, evidenced by tuberculosis tests and physical examinations as required by law.
